Tracy L. Bellavance, M.D. joined the group in 1997. She is a native of Goshen, IN and is married with three children. She received her B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and her medical degree from Mayo Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

Dr. Bellavance is board certified in OB-GYN. She is a member of Fort Wayne Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association, American Medical Association and is a Fellow of the the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Bellavance has office hours at both the West Jefferson and Dupont locations.
